I have been living here for four months and have the pleasure of seeing many people come and go and can adequately gauge the staff and infrastructure. For short term stays this hotel is 3 stars. For longer than a week forget it. The hotel staff is unresponsive, the shuttle wait time exceeds 20 minutes regularly, and there are frequent fire alarms at odd hours of the night and early morning. I was here TDY for all four months and was regularly bothered by inconsiderate guests (that the hotel did nothing to address), and fire alarms at unreasonable hours during test days. Cleaning crews do not thoroughly clean the rooms, and although you have a kitchen, if you fry anything you will cause the entire building to evacuate. The managers are moderately responsive, but their staff is horrible and clearly displays a lack of customer service training. Water pressure is great. The breakfast is great. Tuesday nights they offer a free dinner consisting of pulled pork or tacos; pretty good as well. Stay off post and save $75-100 per night!!

Very clean and modern rooms, housekeeping staff was very thorough. The kitchen was well stocked. Would absolutely stay here again.
This is a great hotel. The rooms are large and included a full kitchen. Great place to stay with family. There is even a playground for the kids. I would stay here again.
Brand new hotel. Beds are comfortable, plenty of water pressure, and a small kitchen to prepare your own meals if you want. Great hot breakfast buffet and a decent hotel gym right next to a kids media room. The post has a huge PX and a brand new commissary. So far, one of the nicest Army posts I've been on.
