Staff scheduled an appointment without telling me and said I was a no show. Would not recommend going here.

Excellent experience. Even though they were under staffed the day of our appointment, we were still seen in a timely fashion. Impeccable customer service. The doctor's and technicians' genuine concern for our dog was beyond reproach. Definitely worth the two hour drive.

Called about shipping my dog overseas and the Vet let me come by the next day to look over my dog's paperwork since I hadn't been there before. They were so awesome and made me feel much better about getting the final paperwork done to take him to Japan.

Butchers! Butchers and incompetents hiding behind their fears! DO Not take your pets there is you really love them! Our perfectly healthy, kind, sweet dog was damaged by these incompetent people who were so afraid of that they over administered anesthesia the dog suffering a stroke. They left the muzzle on during the surgery and did not ensure proper oxygenation of his brain!

His neutering was a butcher's job as well his scrotum got inflated and full of blood! One of the medics, a poor excuse of a doctor and human being said he didn't have time to drain the blood since he had to do PCS certificates, although the dog was half drugged so they can see him. We have just moved from Miami and our dog never had issues with any other vet or person until these animals broke him. The doctor that operated him is not even taking responsibility or calling us back.

Good vets and techs, good prices comparing to civilian clinics. They schedule appointments a week ahead of time. Unfortunately can be very hard to get through the phone, best bet to just go over to make an appointment. One of the receptionist has quite an unpleasant attitude that is very unusual for military facilities. Not giving five stars because the wait time for spaying/neutering is at least a year, and the cost for this type of surgery is the same as at local civilian clinic.

Disgusting!
